The Mad Spaniard, an anachronism of Old World charm and tradition that his true age says he shouldn't have. One part Don Quixote, two parts Salvador Dalí, he speaks in a strange polyglot of "World Mutt" and cognates. Perhaps it was the weird rituals he dabbled in early on as a mortal that gave him his idiosyncrasies. Regardless his quirks, he still remains an enthusiastic steward to his new city.
